This room is equipped with Airtame!
This means you can connect wirelessly using Screen Mirroring (iPad, iPhone, Mac), Wireless Display (Windows PC), or the Airtame app (Mac, PC, Chromebook). See below for instructions!
Note: Airtame may not be available if you are connected to the visitor/guest network. Consult IT for more information.
Turn on the TV or Projector
Locate the remote and switch the TV or Projector on.
You should see a picture appear with instructions for connecting wirelessly. If so, you're ready to connect!
If not, use the source/source search button on the TV/Projector remote to look for the Airtame source.
Projector Care! At the end of the lesson, leave it on if it will be used later in the day. Turn it off if it won't be, or if you are not sure.

Mirror/Duplicate or Extend?
Your device will either mirror or extend to a projector/TV. Mirror means that you will see the exact same image on the projector/TV as you see on the device's screen. Extend means that the projector/TV is treated as additional screen space, and you can drag windows across to it.
There are benefits and drawbacks to each. You can use the shortcuts below to quickly change between them.

Troubleshooting Airtame connection
No sound? Check the volume on your video player (eg. YouTube), the volume and output settings on your device, then the volume on the TV/Projector remote. If you're connecting using the Airtame app, look for the unmute button on the app.
Can't see the Airtame in the list of wireless display options? Make sure you are connected to the correct wifi network.
Seeing your device's wallpaper/background on the TV/Projector but nothing else? Change to mirror/duplicate using the steps in the previous section.
Still not working? Consider the steps below to connect the old fashioned way.
Connect the old fashioned way
If you are having trouble using the Airtame, your classroom usually has the option to connect by an HDMI cable as well.
Look for the HDMI port on the wall. It is normally to the left or right of the whiteboard. There will also be an HDMI cable available to use.
If there is already a small, black round device connected to the port, this might be the Airtame hardware. Carefully disconnect the Airtame's HDMI cable from the wall.
Connect one end of the provided HDMI cable to the port, then connect the other end to your device. Do not remove the HDMI cable from this room.
Make sure you reconnect the Airtame once you finish your lesson/presentation!
Having trouble connecting by cable?
No HDMI port on your computer? You will need to source a suitable HDMI adapter for your device, such as a USB-C dongle.
No HDMI cable in the classroom? Please contact IT.
No image on the TV/Projector, or it's still showing the Airtame instructions screen? Use the source/source search button on the TV/Projector remote to change the source. Or, try restarting your device.
